At Stein Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the provided packing slip.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status as it is processed.
